The recruiter was great. The next step in the process was one of those assessment test of 50 questions in 15 mins and these questions have nothing to do based on your experience. They are a mix of math, English and other categories that have nothing to do with your experience. So if you have good experience and seem like a great fit, seems like the company is looking for evaluating people based on this assessment test to move on to the next step because that is why I didn’t move on.
