Phone interview followed by an invitation for a one-on-one interview which turned out to be a panel interview. Was incredibly disconcerting. They were also running 20 minutes late. The questions were mostly around technical ability, they kept explaining that their process was very difficult and intimating I didn't have the skills required. Once I came in for the interview, I expected given how oddly it went and how poorly I felt the two additional panel interviewers responded to me that I would get a "no thanks" phone call, but they never got back to me. So unprofessional.
