Very long process 6-7 rounds(they tell you upfront), I got as far as the 2 technical round ( so 4 out of 6/7). The first of the 2 technical round was a reasonable coding challenge based on Tensors/Sentence transformers (they didn't tell me it was a coding challenge even though I asked). The second technical interview is a take-home code review where the interviewer kept asking how to productionize the take-home and wanted me to write it down instead of just talking about it, which raised red flags. As the conversation kept going it became very clear what the purpose of the interview was and so I kept everything high level. 3 days later got the rejection. Just know this company is using the interview process to get free consulting.
