3 until 4 interviews: - HR group interview which consists of the behavior and posture analysis based on online personality test, and also the real interview with the HR consultant. - Operational Management : direct superior (n+1), and sometimes the second line (n+2), who will test the matching between the candidate profile and the job - HR entity: soft skills assessment etc
