Worst interview process. Know one is responsible for anything, even HR was not sure what is happening. There was 3 rounds. First they will call you for online test it is quite easy eveybody pass this test. then they will call you for f2f on weekdays and will force you to stay whole day for completing process

My interview was scheduled for 12 in the afternoon. I reached there 5 minutes earlier, sat there for 4 hours, nobody from the management came to apologise for the delay. Upon asking an interviewer what was the delay, he told that we are late for the interview and there are people who are waiting from 10 in the morning. I just don't get that if there is a delay just tell the candidates. I am fortunate not working with people like these in my workplace. The management was clearly incompetent, they called the candidates to reach on morning and they themselves came late. An interviewee is also a human being like yourself, don't treat them like livestock.
