Was approached by a recruiter from the Czech republic who explained the role for Senior Solutions Export clearly and explained the road forward.
Had a subsequent videoconference with two business leaders (one more from the business and the other more technically inclined), which was very friendly and informal.
Then, there was an on-site meeting with another business leader and two potential colleagues. The interview was more about making me feel comfortable with the approach Orange is taking towards the sales process and the organisation in general. Obviously, I had to explain where I gained the relevant experience.
A few days later, I was invited to an evaluation call with the hiring manager. He told me that they would make me an offer. Within a few hours, a very comprehensive document set arrived in my mail, with some documents I had to complete. When this was done, they made me an offer.
The offer was a bit lowball at first, but they corrected it to something that I consider to be very competitive.
I decided against working for offer as I came across another role that I thought would be a more suitable career move. Would this alternative not have existed, I would have chosen Orange and most likely would not have regretted it.
