After a phone screen, an onsite IQ test, and two technical Interviews took place where one of them was a web based test, then I got a phone call with the offer, and an HR interview afterwards.

there was two managerial interviews , they are general skills interview, they ask you about your goals , you skills and your previous experiences, sometimes they ask some simple technical questions in the field of networking ( mostly included in CCNA )

after then they make two tests , one is IQ test and the other is technical test which is simply CCNA questions , as I remember they were 70 questions

they was mostly focused on your English level it's a bottleneck for them as almost all of their customers are distributed world wide , it's even more important than your technical knowledge
most people go throw 3 or 4 interviews (direct manager , M2 manager , M3 manager , HR)
only the direct manager may ask technical questions , for the rest focused on your education , where do you live your interests and of-course your English level.
some people may get technical , IQ and English tests before starting their interviews , all of the tests are really easy CCNA knowledge would be fine
