The interview was straight forward and was okay. However, rocking up to the interview 20 minutes early and was complimented on a variety of skills resulted in a declined offer. Shows the values of Optus being textbook corporate that prioritises too much on experience and internal hiring. Do not apply to Optus unless you have a job with them before. You will most likely be rejected.
