Quick phone call with the recruiter, then a 1 on 1 with the hiring manager, and finally a panel interview with 2 other managers. Mostly behavioral questions so come prepared with stories.

My interview process was 2 rounds and relatively easy. The first round was on my college campus and the second was comprised of 3 separate interviews at Optum HQ. All the interviews were based on behavioral questions. The interviewers were all very friendly.
