One phone call with Human Resources and then a team virtual meeting with department staff or direct higher ups and supervisors
The phone call will ensure you’re a good match for position and then that determines if you move on to next phase of interview process.

Entretien
3 rounds usually. One with hr , one with a counsellor-mock sessions, one with the clinical manager , or the director, who ever is available . They’d ask both clinical and non clinical questions . They’ll inform the case loads and rotational shifts .
