Entretien
Went through a recruiter to interview at Optum.
The interview process consisted of 2 parts:
1) Screening with hiring manager and a developer lead
2) Interview Panel which was about 3 hours long with 3 different employees.

Question 1
System Design: Turn a deck of cards into a backend system. Describing classes and methods
Culture Fit: About tech stack and who you are and what you care about
Technical Questions: Random leetcode style questions
Total 3 rounds of interview. 2 Technical and 1 Manager round. After 3 rounds HR package discussion will happen. Over all the interview process is bit difficult. Give 30 words
Firstly, they check your problem solving skills. Then they check your domain technical knowledge, in my case they asked questions related to java and microservices. Then they ask questions related to the recent project u had worked on. Also asked questions from kafka and DBMS.
The have online code signal round which is ai powered round. 4 questions ie 3 api to be build and build one rate limiter . Not sure how the scoring works but hard to crack
