Sometimes three interviews. First one done over the phone and the second in person then third in person to meet the staff and doctors.

Panel type interview. Typical questions to check knowledge on procedures and techniques. Scenarios and medications were also presented to check responses. Asked about resume and that was about it. There was also online questionnaires prior to in person interview.

Great! It was a virtual interview with several managers. The process was easy. Each manager was hiring for their location. Making it in essence applying for several positions at once.
