Interview was thorough and a positive experience. I felt comfortable. The interviewers were pleasant and in owledgeable about company and mission. They were interested in hearing of my previous work experience and background. They answered my questions thoroughly and were patient to listen and answer all of the questions I had. They seemed knowledgeable of the company mission and values. Overall it was a great experience. They were very positive and energetic.

Multiple interviews conducted. Two via telephone with hiring representative in another state. Had some issues with this as never received call at pre-scheduled time. Had to call all over UHC/Optum to get this clarified. Third interview via video chat with administrative and clinical management at the office I would prospectively work. Delay in communication
