I applied via employee referral. I was interviewed last April 2019. I had a positive experience during the application process. They'll conduct a pre-screening interview, initial HR interview, series of assessment, final interview, then job offer.
I only reached till the initial interview stage and declined the CSR job offer, since I'm looking forward to pursue an IT-related position in their company. Overall, I had a positive experience and the employees were very approachable, understanding and organized.

Not flexible - this particular process did not have flexibility of methods to complete the interview. It was ableist intrinsically. And they need more flexibility in the assessment process. The process itself was prohibitive.
