      Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Optro

      This was the worst recruiting experience I have ever had. The interviews were fine and the team were nice. 4 interviews total with a final group panel. After the final Interview I spoke to the recruiter, very positive feedback - we spoke salary, benefits and they even proposed a call with the CCO. the package was lower than expected but I was open to find some middle ground. Then.. silence. Nothing for almost 2 weeks. I contacted the recruiter for an update, no reply. I asked again if I was being ghosted, they replied and said they were tied up with ongoing interviews and to wait a little longer. Another 2 weeks pass, silence again. I ask again for an update - And get a generic rejection email. No call, no feedback, nothing I can use in the future. If I hadn’t asked for an update, I doubt I would’ve ever heard back. All it takes is a 10 second “sorry for delay” email. Or a courtesy call just to share feedback. But you don’t get that with auditboard. In the current climate with layoffs and people needing employment, this is torture for candidates. You must do better.

      Recruiter was great, hiring manager ignored all of my credentials and experience for no other reason than prejudice against my appearance. Answered all of the questions flawlessly except one question that wouldn't even be applicable to the role I was being hired for and they used that as an excuse as to why I wasn't a good fit.

      I just completed the initial Zoom interview today. It was informative regarding the AuditBoard SaaS. Salary ranges were discussed which was a welcomed change from the norm for me, and clear next steps were given.
