Two rounds, first behavioural then technical. Behavioural with HR, technical playing one of their online games with a trader. The games cover mostly applied probability and expected value. You should expect either a market making game against bots or a betting site on different outcomes of dices and cards.

On the behavioural side, one of the questions was why optiver?
OA + cognitive interview with focus on probability and marketmaking in the cognitive interview. OA was beat the odds + sequences + games with memory and numerical games. . .
First an online assessment, and then an interview meeting each other, lastly a selection based on resume/motivation and the interview. If selected, a technical interview for the final selection. Overall pleasant experience.
