Online assessments went well until probability. Make sure you're solid on mental math and sequences (search online for accurate representations) Not too probability theory focused, but you need to have practiced well.
OA -> Behavioural->Cognitive 1 -> Cognitive 2 -> Final Round (1 HR Interview, 1 Technical). Behavioural interview quite standard but trading games played for Cognitive 1 and 2 rely on quick mental calculation of odds and implied probabilities

The interview process starts with a timed online assessment covering probability / statistics knowledge; if the candidate is successful, they will be invited to participate in virtual interviews over Zoom, followed by onsite rounds.
