I forwarded my CV and motivation letter on the application page. After one week, I got a call which inform me the first interview. I took the interview one week after the call.

Pleasant experience. First int is general chat, then there's a practical case study (quite a few hours of work) and then a technical interview with both market , option & risk questions.
