Interview process consisted of the standard online tests, a phone interview, a video interview, and finally a take-home case study. Everyone in the process was really kind and seemed genuinely invested in me, which was a welcome change from some of the other trading firms

Mostly questions about yourself, then some technical questions. Recruiter super nice. I did not move to next round though. Some questions about markets, but mainly focus in if you follow the markets or not.
