3 rounds - Online, behavioral, then superday. Optiver's process is different than that of other quant firms - less focus on complex mathematical concepts and more that you think think like a quant and see the situations/ games that they present in a GTO type of way rather than instinct. They are highly selective and want something very specific.

Entretien
Initial round of Optiver tests involving mini games, sequences and probability questions, followed by HR behavioral interview where I was asked about my motivations for joining the firm, reasoning for the role (i.e. trading vs research) and past problem-solving experiences.

Entretien
The interview is a five-step procedure. The first one is an online assessment including mental math, neuro-assessment games, numerical reasoning, probability, and personality questionnaires. The second one is a behavioural interview. The third and fourth are technical interviews. and the final one is a behavioral interview. All are virtual.
