Entretien
1. Online Maths Test - lots of fractions, mental maths, decimals, etc.
2. Phone Interview (Behavioural) - general questions related to your resume, motivations for wanting to join the firm etc. Questions to check you've done a little bit of research; checking your background and asking what else you've applied for etc
3. Skype Interview (Behavioural and Technical - over skype for non-Sydney residents)
4. Final round at the Sydney office
Lungo processo di selezione con lunghi esercizi, mi chiamano per una prima interview di conoscenza. Chiacchiere informali e mi scartano senza feedback. Non mi e piaciuto per nulla, sopratutto il lungo processo
1 round behavioral phone screening, 1 round technical around 45 minutes with an engineer. Make sure to brush up on DSA fundamentals for the technical interview. Phone screening was a standard 20 min interview with HR

Tell me about yourself and why you are interested?
the interview was tough and very stressful, interviewer wasnt great and wasn't the nicest but i liked the challenging aspect of it. Lots of probability and statistic questions and questions about shorting etc.
