Recruiter reached out to me regarding a sales role and setup a call with hiring manager, which went very well. After several subsequent calls with different people, the immediate feedback was extremely positive. Two days later, I was notified that they were moving forward with other candidates.

I had a phone screening with the recruiter who said she would have feedback and an update the next couple of days. A week passed by and I had requested an update only to get ghosted. Poor candidate experience.
