The initial hiring process was simple and straight forward. I received an email to set up a time to come in and interview. The interview was pretty straight forward and asking about yourself and what you can expect from the role. I did not get the job which is fine, however I never received a rejection email or contact from them ever again. If you invite people for an onsite interview at least have the decency to send a rejection email or notify the person that your moving forward.
