The interview process was lengthy and on the difficult side, but made me feel confident in Optimove's vetting and recruiting process to hire the right people. The process consisted of a phone screening, assessment, interview with hiring manager, mock presentation for leadership, follow up interview with leadership, and then a final interview with HRBP and reference checks. Again, it was definitely one of the tougher processes I've been through, but I felt like it was extremely thorough. Flávia did a great job through the whole recruitment process keeping me informed and never left me longer than a day without an update.
