First, there's a pre-screening with HR, and then three interviews with one case study. I received feedback pretty quickly after each phase, except for my final interview round, in which they never contacted me. This has never happened to me before after a final interview, and it just shows the bad company culture. They treat people like they are expendable.

Completed a prescreening interview with Optimizely. The interviewer was transparent and clearly defined the expectations of the role. They also took the time to go beyond the job description to explain all the resources, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring available. I walked away feeling really great about the company and how I would be supported if hired to execute the role with success.
