I had to take a short (15 minute) math test and a personality test. There was also a short test where I ordered the steps by which I made toast. Afterwards, I talked through the results of the personality test with the HR rep on duty and then was taken on a tour of the plant. After the tour, I was handed off to the head of continuous improvement. We talked for a bit and he asked about my favored classes, why I applied to Optimax, the usual questions. It was a very positive experience, though I have not heard back yet.
