I had a formal interview with HR on the phone, was called back for an in-person interview. I received an email confirmation of who I will be meeting, and their tittles. HR greeted me, collected paperwork, talked with me for about 15 mins, made me feel welcomed, and then I met the team. HR closed the meeting with me.
