attended 3 round of interviews completely time waster; initial hr screening, 2 * team leaders interview and finally cto interview, each one approx 60 minutes, lots of HR question and interestingly no technical assessment

a lot of behavioral questions and they were just talking about their software development dreams. lots of managers and many questions what if scenarios. I think they are not just serious to recruit for the role.
