At first, got a call from the HR department and we've set up an interview with the team lead.
She told me that the stages will be:
1. An interview with TL
2. HR + Group lead
3. An interview with the CEO
Unfortunately the position became frozen before I got to do most of those stages.
The interview process was structured and professional, with clear communication at every stage. It included technical discussions and problem-solving questions, and the interviewers were friendly, supportive, and transparent about expectations and next steps.
