Interview Process was very structured, Started off with my Application (CV) Followed by a video interview with Normal questions you would Expect, Should you be successful at this stage you will be invited to an Assessment centre where you will take part in 3 sections, However you will have an introduction Presentation where they will really explain the job (MAKE SURE YOU LISTEN)

Skills Test (Imagine this as being a trial for the actual job)
Finally once complete you will be able to leave Approx 4 hours
Difficult loads of interviews virtual assessment day. Open reach engineer very good loads of questions good pay good pension good holidays good training nice van nice salary bt is a good name
Awkward doing the questions online makes it difficult no help, and then short email reply’s about getting the job or not hardest part for a 4 stage interview.
