Went all the way to in-person interview and my interview was cut short and sent home. For the interview they were looking for responses as to how I can contribute to the team instead of experience

The process took about two weeks, they were responsive and easy to approach. The interview was done by a panel of 4 and each had about 30 minutes to interview me.

Entretien
I applied on LinkedIn and a recruiter called me, but she called and discussed the wrong position as in job descriptions and compensation. Two weeks later another recruiter called me about the right job, and set up my next stage. I had the back to back phone calls, did role playing, and thing went well I thought. Then I never heard back from the second recruiter. I thanked her for the opportunity and didn’t get anything at all in return.

Entretien
I went through 2 phone interviews. The first one was with an HR Manager and lasted 20-30 minutes where we discussed the potential role and my background. The next phone interview was with 2 people in the role that I was applying for. Although I have my suspicions that one of the interviewers was a little more advanced in the company. Both of those phone interviews were role playing exercises. These were difficult as they intentionally did not provide you any material to prepare for the interview and you were thrown into the fire dealing with specific issues that the company deals with that you do not know how they choose to resolve.
