Very chaotic and unprofessional. They couldn't make Skype work, then one of the interviewers just got busy and "forgot" the interview, so we had to reschedule. The IT Security Head seemed actually quite nice and approachable but the second interviewer seemed very hostile and quite uninterested. They didn't extend the offer but probably they already knew I wouldn't relocate to Madrid with a lower salary to work with people that seemed quite uninterested.
