First round with recruitment agent. 2nd with hiring manager - pick each others brain and dig deeper to see if there is a really good fit. 3rd - roleplay with hiring manager + hiring managers manager. 4th - regional sales director, quick chat to anchor previous stages and confirm language skills.

I cleared all rounds but never received offer. For the longest time, the HR kept saying that he's waiting for a green light from Senior management to roll out the offer as the position was put on hold. After giving 5 rounds of interviews over a span of 2 months and clearing each round, I still did not get the offer. The HR made me wait for another 2 months in the hopes that I might receive offer any day but never received it. Worst experience and I wouldn't wish that for anyone. If HR asks you to wait, run in the opposite direction, they'll only waste your valuable time
