10/10 interview experience. The process was super smooth end-to-end. Both recruiters I worked with were amazing people and the hand-off was totally seamless. I had a standard phone screen, followed by a virtual on-site that OpenSea allowed me to split up in two days to fit my schedule better. I had coding, career/leadership, product and system design interviews, each one very well thought-out. After passing the interviews, I did a few team matching calls and finally a quick call with Nadav, the CTO. I even got a friendly note from Devin, the CEO, after receiving an offer!
