Screening calls are certainly quick! Although our HR manager will walk you through the interview process during this short meeting, it is not intended to be a full-length interview. This screening call allows us to converse with a candidate putting them at ease and is a reflection of our work environment. Future rounds within the interviewing process provide a more in-depth discussion assessing your skill set by leaders within that department.
