Received an email to schedule an interview. I picked the soonest date and time to ensure I was able to get an interview. Sat by the phone waiting for their call. The call didn't come, I received a messaged later that they were stuck in a meeting. I asked if I could get a scheduling link to set up a new time with them. After they said they would send a new link, over a day went by with no link. Then I received an email that they filled the position. If communication is this poor to even talk with someone, I'd be worried about internal communication in the role.
