J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez OpenLink Financial (Garden City, NY) en mars 2010
Entretien
I initially met with company representatives at a job fair at my school and gave them my resume. Heard back about a month later offering to take a skills test in Java and SQL. The test was very straight-forward. The SQL test was really short, there was actually a 10 minute limit written on it, but the office didn't care. Sat with other people taking the test. Got an E-mail, soon after, offering me to come in for an interview. The interview itself didn't go too well, I was told that I would talk to 2 people, talked to 1. A strict polish lady who appears to have never seen my resume before, she looked through my resume, through my test, she clearly wanted someone with a lot more experience, and probably would have never called me for an interview if she saw my resume before. It was my first real interview do, and a good experience.
Four round interview process.
1st round is with Manager
2nd round is bit Technical such us how we will debug on issues
3rd is with director
4rth round is with HR and confirmation
It takes around 2 to 3 months to complete the process

Was called in for a test but also gave three interviews. First interview was based on the test I took. Second was to see how technically sound I am. Third was about concepts of software engineering.
Very friendly environment.
