There was a phone interview. The interviewer repeatedly cut me off before I could finish. After everything I said she responded with a cool. She also said that she would call me back the following week with a response, but no response.If they didn't like me that is okay, but don't say you will call me back. Overall, very unprofessional

Applied online, had a telephone interview with HR manager, invited for a face to face interview (due to my location they offered to interview over skype) Interview questions were dated, Interviewers were a bit awkward. I would have preferred a face to face interview. Upon finishing the interview was advised they would be in touch within 2 working days. I heard nothing for over a week, I had to send the HR manager an email for an update. Overall my experience of the company and interview process was good, however when you're job hunting/interviewing in general you're putting yourself out there (sometimes at great cost) to hear nothing back is demeaning. I understand they cannot respond to every applicant however if they say they'll update you, that's the very least you'd expect.
