Met the job description to a T, and had a recruiter screen scheduled the next day for a 30 minute screen. The recruiter showed up 5 minutes late, and cut the interview short by 17 minutes. Rejected the next day because I "lacked signals". i would understand if I actually had a chance to demonstrate me how I align with the role. P.S. The HM was very eager to meet. I don't even think the recruiter bothered to submit me to the HM.
