This was like around 2020 and the process was you will first take an exam about general knowledge (english, math, etc.). If you pass that, you'll get interviewed by the HR, and then finally a technical interview.

I applied by sending them an email attached herewith is my resume and in within 3 hours, I got a response from them having me for an examination on the following week. The exam started on time and it is great! the people there are so approachable, it is a two hours exam (a generalized exam like the one on the college admission). Then after the examination, in a day or two, I received an email for the next part which will be an interview (technical interview - a job-specific interview), then after the interview in less than a week I received an email for the job-specific exam, but after the exam in a less than a week I've been invited for my final interview with the HR manager. I felt super nervous during that time since this is my first job application but they are so polite and keep me calm. So after the final interview, on the following week, I received my job offer then started working at Open iT. My experience is great since they processed my papers very fast, and I am enjoying my stay here.
