I applied on the website and shortly after I got a a call from the hiring manager to schedule an interview. The interview was like a conversation which is great. No awkward questions. She just asked about availability, how I heard of OHN, and if I had any questions about the job description.

Very simple, one day process. I was interviewed by the owner of the company who was very pleasant. She told me about how she and her parents started the company and it was quite impressive. I asked her what the policy was on studying while on the job. No problem so long as you don't use laptops. Books, smart phones and tablets are allowed
