After applying they gave me a call within 2 hours! He spoke with me about the position and incentives and was very honest. They have LOTS to offer!! The in person interview followed and was great! First they ask you scenario based questions and see how you answer. Then on to role play (just a script read through. It doesn't sound robotic at ALL!!) Then they basically make sure you know how to send an email, open files, use keyboard shortcuts, and have basic computer knowledge. Very simple test! Then on to the fun part! You shadow an gent on the floor and the guy I shadowed was amaaazziiiinnggg. Hearing the calls put the job into perspective PERFECTLY for me. Hearing the calls is cool. No seriously I'm excited to start!! If they contact you, accept the interview at least!

I had an initial phone interview and they asked me to come in for a shadow and interview. I came in the next day and sat with a representative for a little bit. The interviewer then came and got me and asked some standard interview questions.

I got to the office and the recruiter brought me into her beautiful office. I filled out an application and then got directly into questions. She was very tough and to the point. I could tell time was something she did not have a lot of. Two people came into her office during the interview and said they needed her ASAP. Halfway through I went and sat with a rep to see how the job is done. This was very helpful, gave me a true preview of what I would be doing. Once I was done with that she brought me back to her office. We did a few more questions and then she went over pay. After the pay talk she gave me three very weird schedules and told me to pick one. I wasn't sure about not having weekends off but I was still very excited about how much money I could make. She took me on a tour of the office then walked me out. That night I had the offer letter in my email!
