I submitted my resume online and a talent requisition rep emailed me to schedule a phone interview. I waited around for my phone interview only to not have the interview that morning, and which in my opinion, was unprofessional. I honestly could have rescheduled for some other time. I ended up reaching out and contacted this rep again and rescheduled the phone interview a couple days later. Once I came in for an actual interview, I met with the talent rep I've been talking to and told me more about the position as well as getting a chance to speak to the VP. I had a great experience talking to both of them. The only downside is afterwards, I didn't get much of an answer if I got the job or not, even after reaching out a couple of times. I moved on to interviewing and landing a job somewhere else but it would be nice for someone to take the time to at least inform me.

The interview process was pretty simple. There were only three steps; and they all were virtual. Was fully prepped by HR coordinator. Was able to get interview feedback within 24 hours. Did all three steps in less than a week.
