First Lina was amazing very friendly and commited with all the process thanks a lot Lina. The technical interview with Ramiro was amazing i found a interesting the love that he has for the product. The challenge was interesting and i learn a lot with it. The validation of the challenge was amazing and the feedback was great for help me to improme myself for new processes. I Didn't hired but i really enjoy the process thanks Ontop team.

The process basically can assess how you code using the specified technologies, how developer think when we find some gap and how we can think to solve that. We could assess soft skills that may help during the career. So basically we had some discussions about the entire process.
