I had a positive interview experience with the technical team, and they seemed happy with my CV and responses. The interview itself went well, and I felt confident about the outcome. However, after the interview, I did not receive any communication from the company regarding next steps. I was left with no updates or feedback until i contacted the HR. I understand that delays happen, but a bit more transparency or timely communication would have been appreciated. I believe this is an area the company could improve upon, as ghosting candidates is unprofessional and frustrating.
