First home assignment done. Then 2 interviews are made. Then on-site interview so called Onedot Recruiting Day in Zürich where most team member does not care whether you are there or not although it is called team collaboration, experience work environment. But this is a remote role btw. They claim onsite day can be remote but they required me to come office although I live in a different city and they did not provide a parking place for a whole day. On-site task can be done absolutely at home as you don't need to interact with them at all. There is just one part which is 1 hour discussion about architecture which can be easily done remotely. They claim that have a fair but demanding process. Latter is right but it is not fair as they don't compensate whole day, not even provide a parking place. However, they did pay for my lunch. Additionally, they said that as they will be paying Swiss salary (what a lux in Switzerland) they expected me to come to office for whole day interview they claimed it could be online.
