I was made aware of the listing through my school's career center. I applied and heard back promptly as the internship was in coordination with my school and my academic semester. Once I heard back, I stopped by their office the following day for an interview and within a week I was alerted that I had been accepted as an intern. Questions were related to my studies and future career goals as well as my experience working with youth.
