You will receive a call one day and they will ask you some questions. If this initial phone interview goes well you will receive a video interview and eventually get hired.

This places recruitment department have gone to hell in a hand basket. The hiring process used to take a week. This time, it's taken close to a month. I've been given the same runaround that technicians are trained to give end-users for ISP's. It's been a waste of time. The whole process went something like this: Fill Out Application > Called and spoke to a recruiter > Recruiter never got back to me > Had to notify upper level management > Received an assessment and a notification regarding eligibility for rehire > Passed Assessment > Received call on the last day of the week > Notified of an additional week for eligibility clearance.
I'm not sure what communication line was severed between HR and Recruitment but apparently there's a failure to communicate amongst each other. I'm actually beginning to wonder if it's all a joke now.

Web cam interview via skype, the guy I interviewed with was nice and made me feel comfortable. The basic interview questions for a customer service/tech support position. It was my first web cam interview, but I actually enjoyed it and felt positive afterwards.
