Series of interview (recruiter, hiring manager, CEO, etc) with a case study interview as well Interview was done through a Zoom call instead of in person due to COVID-19 Overall, the people were easygoing

Had a screening call with a recruiter (30 mins) then a screening call with another recruiter (30 mins) then two interviews back to back with the hiring managers (1.5 hours) then another call with a recruiter (30 mins) and then a case study with 4 managers (1 hour). The case study took me about 2 hours to put together and practice. I was rejected. This process took a month in total. The initial recruiter told me it was a 2 week process. I had to take PTO to accommodate their schedule. Overall, it was extreme for an entry level position. I really wanted the job but by the end it's just really exhausting mentally when you're also working a full time job and dealing with life. I think they will lose a lot of great people because of their interview process and should re evaluate if talking to someone 5x is really necessary to determine if they're a good fit.
