Spoke with HR. Ghosted after that first call. The HR department at OneStream is VERY overwhelmed right now as they are experiencing meteoric growth. But the lack if response or follow up is allowing great candidates to be ignored and word of mouth on the street is starting to turn negative on them. Give your HR the resources needed to onboard talent in sales. I was told That I'd definitely be speaking with the hiring manager as i was an excellent fit. Then crickets.

Recruiter contacted me on Linkedin for a position on West Coast. She gave me no feedback for 2 months. After she sets up an interview with someone who had the same role on East Coast that had been in the similar role for just a few weeks. That person tells me amazing things about the company and how everyone has to interview with 5 people. But I guess I was the last one as they already had an offer out there. I didn't hear back for another week.

They didn't ask any questions. They just tried to sell you on the company and have you as back up candidate.

Super casual and easy conversation which was refreshing coming in as a member of the senior Management team. Really relevant questions and discussion, not the typical canned line of questioning. I appreciated the approach.
